Brazil had to be my least favorite movie out of these two weeks. It was not hard to follow it just had no plot and it just was too slow not to mention too long. Anyhow my favorite scenes were when sam had his strange dreams when he had wings and he was basically an angel saving his lover(who he didnt know until later in the movie). I chose these scenes as my favorite because of how strange they were and I though it was pretty funny seeing this guy have such a strange reoccurring dream.

The dream is central to the movie. I think that on one level the film is about the impossibility of achieving your dreams. This contrast with A.I. which seems to be more optimistic about it.

I agree with you I did not like this movie either and I thought it was hard to follow.
Nice post Ed, I believed the same thing about the movie as you did until someone explained it to me.
